Does the success score replace the Top Eats Program?

The success score introduces new criteria for what it means to be a high-quality restaurant on Uber Eats based on insights on what is important for driving value for customers. While restaurants can still achieve a Top Eats badge, the criteria to get Top Eats is changing.

Now, restaurants that achieve a Great success score or above each month will become Top Eats. To achieve the Great tier, stores must meet the goals set for operational excellence, menu details, and rating found in Uber Eats Manager. This will unlock the Top Eats badge in the app, along with other benefits including:

• Placement in a special Top Eats carousel in the app
  
• A greater discount on the offer redemption fee
• A higher likelihood of being highlighted in Uber Eats CRM marketing campaigns compared to lower-scoring restaurants
