Find your Uber Eats Order Manager username or reset your password

Use this article if you’re unable to sign in to Uber Eats Order Manager because you don’t know which username to use or you forgot your password.

Your Uber Eats Order Manager username is usually an email address. Try the options below to identify the right email, then reset your password if needed.

1. Find your Uber Eats Order Manager username

Try these options to identify the email address you should use to sign in to Uber Eats Order Manager.

Option 1: Check your Uber Eats Order Manager email in Uber Eats Manager

You can find the email linked to Uber Eats Order Manager directly in Uber Eats Manager.

What to do:

  1. Go to Users page
  2. Look for the email listed under Uber Eats Order Manager.
  3. Use that email address as your username when signing in to Uber Eats Order Manager.

Option 2: Check your store onboarding email

When your store was first onboarded on Uber Eats, we sent an email containing your Uber Eats Order Manager login details.

What to do:

  1. Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder.
  2. Search for an email with the subject: “Uber Eats Order Manager Login Info”.
  3. Use the Uber Eats Order Manager email listed in that message as your username.

This onboarding email may also include your original Uber Eats Order Manager password. If the password has not been changed since onboarding, you may still be able to use it. For better account security, we recommend resetting your password if you’re unsure.

Option 3: Try your Uber Eats Manager email

If you have access to Uber Eats Manager, try signing in to Uber Eats Order Manager using the same email address you use for Uber Eats Manager.

If that email does not work, try the other options above or contact Uber Support.

2. Reset your Uber Eats Order Manager password

If you know your Uber Eats Order Manager username but forgot your password, you can reset it from Uber Eats Manager.

If you have access to Uber Eats Manager, you can reset your Uber Eats Order Manager password in a few clicks.

Steps:

  1. Log in to Uber Eats Manager
  2. From the left-hand menu, click “Users”
  3. Find the “Uber Eats Order Manager” section
  4. Click “Reset password”
  5. Enter your new password
  6. Re-enter the password to confirm
  7. Click “Save”

Once saved, you can immediately log in to Uber Eats Order Manager using your username and new password.

Tip: Choose a password that is unique and not used for other accounts.
