When your restaurant is visible in the Uber Eats app, you’ll see a green bar at the bottom of the sidebar in the Uber Eats Orders app.
If you don’t see this green bar, check if: 1. You’ve finished onboarding and completed your restaurant set up. 2. Your menu has paid items for sale and has hours set. 3. You’re within your Uber Eats operating hours in the Restaurant Manager. 4. Your tablet is switched on. 5. You’re connected to the internet/WiFi.
If you’ve verified the steps above and are still having difficulty connecting to the internet, try rebooting your device.
