Customer reports their order missing

If a customer contacts you about an issue with their order, we recommend you advise them to contact us through the Help section of their Uber Eats app.

Past orders

The customer can contact us through the Help section of their app by:

  1. Going to Account > Orders > All orders.
  2. Selecting their last order.
  3. Selecting Get Help and then Past order.
  4. Selecting the issue that applied.
