The printer doesn't work

  1. Is the printer on? (on the left is an on and off button)
  2. Does the printer have enough paper?
  3. Is the tablet connected to the printer? On the tablet, select Settings > Bluetooth, and connect the tablet with TSP100-…
  4. Is the Uber Eats app connected to the printer? Click on the menu icon at the left upper corner on the screen > select Settings > Print invoices and switch Print invoices on. A drop down menu will appear. Select the printer TSP100-… > Press ‘’Test print’’.
  5. The printer is connected correctly.

Star TSP Printers

  • Ask the Partner to remove all connected Bluetooth Devices under settings
  • Ask the Partner to restart and unplug all devices
  • Start the tablet and go to Settings > Bluetooth > Pair new device > Select device to pair the new device.
  • Open RD > Settings > Receipt Printing > Click the dropdown to search for Printers
  • Make sure all other nearby printers are turned off while you reconnect the printer.

Sunmi NT311 80mm Cloud Printers / Epson

  • Remove all connected Bluetooth Devices under settings in the tablet setting.
  • Restart and unplug all devices (both tablet and printer)
  • Turn on tablet > go to the Uber Eats Manager app > Settings > Receipt Printing > Click the dropdown to search for Printers.
  • Make sure all other nearby printers are turned off while you reconnect the printer.
