- Is the Uber Eats app connected to the printer? Click on the menu icon at the left upper corner on the screen > select Settings > Print invoices and switch Print invoices on. A drop down menu will appear. Select the printer TSP100-… > Press ‘’Test print’’.
- The printer is connected correctly.
Star TSP Printers
- Ask the Partner to remove all connected Bluetooth Devices under settings
- Ask the Partner to restart and unplug all devices
- Start the tablet and go to Settings > Bluetooth > Pair new device > Select device to pair the new device.
- Open RD > Settings > Receipt Printing > Click the dropdown to search for Printers
- Make sure all other nearby printers are turned off while you reconnect the printer.

- Remove all connected Bluetooth Devices under settings in the tablet setting.
- Restart and unplug all devices (both tablet and printer)
- Turn on tablet > go to the Uber Eats Manager app > Settings > Receipt Printing > Click the dropdown to search for Printers.
- Make sure all other nearby printers are turned off while you reconnect the printer.
