What is the Courier Package Delivery?
Courier allows you to be matched with a delivery partner to help you transport your package(s) to the person waiting at the designated drop-off location.
Where can I request the Courier service?
The Courier available areas will be shown in your Uber App. You can check the service availability by searching the pick-up and drop-off location.
Will an invoice be available for Courier service?
Upon completion of your trip, you will receive an Uber Eats issued invoice email. The system will automatically send the receipt to your email within 24 to 48 hours.
How to request Courier through Uber App?
To send items through Courier using your Uber App:
- Package the items in a box or bag, and disinfect them.
- Choose Courier as the ride
- Enter the sender’s location and the recipient’s location.
- Confirm your delivery information complies with the Courier restrictions
- Submit request
- Meet your delivery partner at the curbside and load the package into the vehicle or delivery bag.
- Share the trip with the receiver so they can track the delivery. You may share the trip status with up to 5 people on your contact list.
Package limit
- The volume of the item (including packaging) must not exceed 40 x 40 x 40 cm (length x width x height)
- Have a combined maximum weight of 20 kgs.
If you are delivering food, beverages, cakes, or perishable items such as dairy products and fresh produce, please package them properly to prevent shifting during delivery. Please note that you are responsible for any damage that may result from temperature sensitivity.

Delivery Instruction
- Send Package: Delivery partner will wait at the pickup location for 5 minutes. If the sender does not show up within this time, the delivery partner may cancel the order.
- Receive Package: Upon arrival at the drop-off location, the delivery partner will contact you and wait for 10 minutes. If the recipient is not present, they may leave the package in a safe place nearby.

Note, Insurance coverage of loss, damage or theft is not included in Courier service.
