I paid more than my fare in cash

Before reporting, review that you‌ didn’t receive the amount you overpaid as Uber Cash in your “Wallet”. When requesting a cash trip:

• It’s preferable to pay the exact amount.
• If you paid more, make sure the Driver captures the amount you paid. You’ll receive your change as Uber Cash.

If you paid more and you didn’t receive the overpaid amount in Uber Cash, fill the next information:

I paid less because my driver didn’t have change

If at the end of the trip the driver didn’t have change and this caused you to pay more, please fill the form and let us know.
