My invoices were not issued

Make sure that this information is entered as it is on your tax status statement in your Uber tax profile including zip code and tax regime, because without them, it will not be possible to emit your invoices.

If you have problems generating your invoices, try the following:

  1. Verify that you have registered your tax data correctly in your chosen tax profile (Business or Personal).
  2. Verify that the trip you wish to invoice has been made in Mexican territory.
  3. To generate the invoice, the trip must have been fully paid. In other words, there must not be any pending amounts or chargebacks.
  4. Please note that promotional codes or “Uber credits” cannot be invoiced.

To request an invoice, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to riders.uber.com/trips
  2. Click on the “Trips” section.
  3. Click on the “View details” button for the trip you wish to invoice.
  4. Then, click on the “Get Invoice” button.
