Purchasing Uber Cash

Uber Cash can be purchased directly through your Uber app. To do this:

1. Select Account in the bottom right corner of your app.
2. Choose Wallet and then Add Funds.
3. Pick the amount you’d like to purchase.
4. Select Payment Method to choose how you’d like to buy.
5. Tap Purchase.

How to enable/disable auto-refill:

1. Tap on Account in the bottom right corner of your app.
2. Tap Wallet to see your current Uber Cash balance
3. Select Add funds and then tap on Auto-Refill.
4. Choose the amount added to your balance each time it drops below $10.
5. Toggle Auto-Refill on/off.
6. Tap Update.

What happens if I delete my account?

When your account is deleted, you will be emailed a PIN you can redeem in the future for the Uber Cash balance you previously purchased.

Please note that promotional credits, along with other amounts of Uber Cash that were not purchased will be permanently forfeited if your account is deleted.
