Uber Car Seat rides include a Nuna RAVA seat that can be used in rear-facing or forward-facing positions for children weighing between 5 and 65 pounds.

Nuna’s preferred installation method is the vehicle seat belt, as it eliminates confusion about when to switch from lower anchors to the vehicle seat belt, fits more vehicle models, and fits more seating positions.
The car seat provided will be a Nuna RAVA convertible car seat, designed to accommodate children in both rear-facing and forward-facing modes. It supports rear-facing use for children weighing 5–50 lbs, up to at least two years old, and forward-facing use for children weighing 25–65 lbs, starting at two years old. This high-quality car seat, offered in partnership with the premier brand Nuna, ensures a safe and convenient travel option for families with young children.
In all cities where the Uber Car Seat product is available, the trip will be completed using an Uber XL vehicle, except in New York City.
Each Uber Car Seat trip includes only one Nuna-branded car seat. If additional car seats are needed, the parents are responsible to provide them to ensure the trip is safely completed.
All Uber Car Seat drivers are trained on the installation for this Nuna Car Seat.
You (the parent, guardian, or caregiver) are responsible for securing the child in the seat. Refer to the resources provided at the time of requesting your ride, or view the video installation instructions and manual below.
Uber Car Seat rides will not be equipped with appropriate seats for these children.
