TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Users of the app may order from merchants shown in a section of the app offering $0 Delivery Fee (“Selected Restaurants”). For these orders, users will not pay a Delivery Fee (“the Promotion”).
- As part of the Promotion, the standard Delivery Fee (and not any other fees such as Service Fee) will be discounted to $0 for the user’s next order from the Selected Restaurant for a limited time. Order may be batched with other orders potentially resulting in an additional wait. Certain exclusions may apply.
- In the event that the user’s account has any limitation or restriction to apply the Promotional code, the Promotional Code will not be valid.
- The Promotion is applicable for both new and existing users of the App.
- The Promotion only applies to the Selected Merchants. If a merchant has multiple locations, the promotion will only apply to the specific location identified in the Selected Merchants. Selected Merchants may be featured in the Promotion for a limited time only and subject to change.
- The Promotion may not be redeemed for cash.
- The Promotion applies to the Delivery Fee only. The user remains obligated to pay all other costs associated with the order, including the cost of the items selected, as well as any other applicable fees.
- These Terms and Conditions may be modified, canceled and suspended at any time by us.
