  • Users with an account should contact us via Uber app’s “Help” section or the web Help Page.
  • We respond to inquiries in the order they are received, and therefore, it may take some time to receive a reply.
  • We cannot respond via our main phone line to requests for an update, status checks, or questions regarding cases that have already been resolved.
