What is “PIN code Authentication”?

This feature allows you to confirm that your order was delivered correctly by providing your delivery partner with the 4-digit PIN code that is displayed when you pick up your order.

**Why is this happening? **

By creating a mechanism we can avoid confusion about whether or not something was delivered, especially in cases when it is marked as “delivered” by a Delivery Partner even though the order has not been received.

How to use the “PIN Code Authentication”

  1. Once your order is complete, you will receive a 4-digit PIN code on app.(You can also find your PIN code in your order history and order status.)
  2. When you see the PIN code and the arrival of your Delivery Partner in the push notification of the app, please provide the PIN code to your Delivery Partner.
  3. When the Delivery Partner enters the PIN code on the app, the delivery is complete.

I don’t know my PIN code for authentication.

If you don’t know your PIN, try providing your Delivery Partner the last 4-digits of your phone number instead.
