What is Uber One?

Uber One is a paid membership subscription that offers “Monthly Plan” and “Annual Plan”. When users subscribe to Uber One, you can unlock savings across the Uber / Uber Eats app. For a fixed subscription fee, you get savings on rides, NT$0 Delivery Fee, up to 80% off Service Fee available only for eligible stores showing the Uber One icon, and plus other additional benefits, letting you do more with Uber.

Orders delivered by Merchants’ own staff may not be eligible for Service Fee benefit. See Uber Eats App for applicable Service Fee savings on each order.

Monthly membership costs NT$120 (including VAT) and an annual membership costs NT$1200 (including VAT). Uber One renews automatically every month or when membership expires, you can check the membership expiry date or unsubscribe it in the “Uber One” section in the app or a web browser. Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day to avoid incurring the charge for the next billing cycle or contact support, or you have to contact support to unsubscribe next Uber One membership.

All plans are available to both Uber and Uber Eats covered areas in Taiwan.

$0 Delivery Fee & Up to 80% off Service Fee:

• $0 Delivery Fee and up to 80% off Service Fee benefits are only available for eligible stores showing the Uber One icon. In order to enjoy these benefits, a minimum order of NT$199 applies for participating restaurants for $0 delivery fee and up to 80% off Service Fee promotion, and NT$399 applies for participating grocery, retail and other non-restaurant stores for $0 delivery fee and up to 20% off Service Fee promotion. For clarity, Service Fee Discount range is 0% to a capped discount amount.
• Please note that the minimum order amount is exclusive of Delivery Fee, any applicable fees, promotions (which are not issued as Uber Cash) and/or Uber One credits. Minimum order amounts do not include any fees generated by the order (if applicable). Orders delivered by Merchants’ own staff may not be eligible for Service Fee benefit. 5% back on eligible rides & top-rated driver:

• Complete applicable MPT trips (such as UberX, Uber Black and others; may not apply to all ride options, view Uber App or website-FAQ for more information) or TPE airport pickup (rental car) rides to receive 5% reward in Uber One credits, and 3% reward on Uber Taxi rides. Benefit excludes Uber Connect and TPE airport pickup (rental car) trips.
• Uber One credits will be added to your account within a specific time after trip completion and will expire after 60 days. Uber One credits will only be added if you hold an active membership.
  
• Uber One credits will automatically be deducted from the trip fare before the application of any promotions. Uber One credits earning calculation will not apply to the portion of payment made with any promotion (which are not issued as Uber Cash) and/or Uber One credits. Uber One credits can be used on your Uber Eats App or Uber App, but does not apply to Uber Connect and TPE airport pickup (rental car) trips. $1 Uber One credit can be used for NT$1 in spending. Uber One credits are not gift cards, electronic payment methods, or similar products or services, and they cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for cash or other payment methods. • Top-rated drivers are rated based on the rating mechanism on the Uber platform and may not be available for every ride due to traffic and other circumstances, hence we cannot guarantee that you will be paired with a top-rated driver on every trip.
• The information is provided by fleet partner, rental car partner, and Uber. Uber is authorized by fleet partner and rental car partner to publish this information.

Uber One FAQ

Can I use Uber One with other Promos?

You can apply both your Uber One benefits and promo code on the same order. If you are applying multiple benefits, the system would deduct Uber One benefits first and then deduct the promo code benefit.

For example: If the promo code contains a reduction on delivery fee and the eats order price (without delivery fee and service fee) is under NT$199, the promo code will apply. If the eats order price is above NT$199, Uber One benefit (NT$0 delivery fee and up to 80% off service fee) will apply.

Can I share my Uber One with others?

Uber One is intended for individual members only. Sharing your Uber One subscription is a violation of the terms and conditions and we may review your account accordingly.

Which trips are eligible for Uber One credit rewards?

Reserve and complete Uber X, Uber Comfort, Uber Green, Uber Pet, Uber XL, Uber Black, Uber Carseat, Uber Assist, Uber Business Comfort and Comfort Electric trips to receive 5% reward in Uber One credits (but does not apply to Uber Connect and TPE airport pickup (rental car) trips), and 3% reward on Uber Taxi rides.

Why was my order not delivered by the Top-rated delivery partner?

You can see the Top-rated delivery partner badge next to the delivery partner photo with the golden Uber One logo on the delivery partner detail page. Top-rated delivery partners are subject to availability. It is not guaranteed that you will be paired with a top-rated delivery partner on every trip.
