1. Making deliveries
When you want to make deliveries, go online in the app for drivers and couriers. Delivery requests available nearby are then displayed, and you can accept them with one click.
The restaurant will be expecting you, but you'll be able to let the staff know you're there to take care of an order.
PRO TIP: Before leaving a restaurant, make sure you have the correct order by checking that it matches the name and number associated with it in the application.
2. Increase revenue by delivering multiple orders
If you complete a delivery with multiple orders, you'll receive the pick-up amount, plus the applicable time and distance rate. You'll also receive an additional amount for each delivery - one for each time you drop off an order.
3. Track your earnings
a) How are earnings calculated?
Standard delivery fare
- Pick-up
You receive a flat fee for picking up one or more orders from a single restaurant
- Drop-off
You receive a flat fee for every order that you deliver.
- Distance
You receive a per-mile rate from the restaurant to your customer's location with distance determined by the most efficient route.
b) Promotions
Sometimes there are promotions available that can help you identify busy areas when there's a high demand for delivery. High demand usually means there's more money for you to earn.
4. Payment statement
Every Monday, your weekly payment statement will be available as a downloadable PDF file from within the app.
The statement has sections for cash earnings and adjustments of previous weeks. There will be a breakdown between earnings for the week (which matches the in-app earnings of that week) and the refunds, deductions and back-earnings from a past week’s activity.
The non-earning items section will provide clarity on refunds and deductions such as tolls and insurances.
