Update your name
Need to change the name on your Uber profile? Just get in touch with us using the contact options below, and be ready to provide legal documentation to confirm your name change.
Change your email address or phone number
Updating your contact details is quick and easy in the Driver app. Simply:
- Open the Driver app, and click the menu icon (three lines in the top left corner).
- Select Account.
- Choose Manage Uber account.
- Type in your new email address or phone number.
- Verify the change with a code sent to you, or enter your current password.
Verification code details
- For phone number updates: You’ll receive the code via text message.
- For email updates on iOS: The code will be sent to your new email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder and confirm your email address is spelled correctly. Can’t find the code? Hit I’m having trouble for more help.
Update your home address
Currently, you can’t change your home address in the app once it’s submitted. If your Uber Pro Card is being mailed to the wrong place, you can reach out to Branch via the Uber Pro Card app by:
- Going to the Account tab.
- Tapping Support in the top right corner.
If Branch is unable to update your address, you can request a new Uber Pro Card directly in the app.
