Understanding long trip notifications

Getting a long trip request: When a ride you’re offered is to a faraway destination, you’ll see “long trip” with the estimated time it’ll take displayed on your screen.

Trip duration limit

• Some rides might be automatically ended after a few hours
• We’ll give you a heads-up before this happens
• If your rider still needs to travel, they can book another ride
• It’s a good idea to inform your rider about the potential end of the trip when you’re notified

Handling long trip requests

• If you prefer not to take long trips, feel free to decline the request; it’ll go to another driver-partner nearby.
• If you’ve accepted a long trip by mistake, you can cancel it
