  • Tracking updates

  • Payment status

Después de la entrega

¿Cómo presento un comprobante de entrega y otros documentos?

When you arrive at the delivery facility, you’ll receive a notification from the app.

  1. Open the notification or the Uber Freight app.
  2. When your trailer is unloaded, select Complete delivery and confirm your trailer has been unloaded.
  3. You will be prompted to upload the POD (proof of delivery). Select Upload POD.
  4. The camera on your phone will open. Take a clear legible picture. If all the signatures are legible tap the blue checkmark. If the image is unclear, retake the photo.
  5. Submit your POD as soon as possible or within 24 hours to prevent any delays in payment.
  6. Add any other additional pages as necessary.

You can choose to upload documents later. If you do so, you’ll receive regular reminders until your document is uploaded.
