Actualizar información personal

To update your name, email, mobile phone number, or password for your Uber account, follow these steps below:

1. Log into your account by following this link: https://account.uber.com
   • NOTE: If you forgot your password, click here.
2. Select Account Info on the left hand side
3. Select Phone number or Email, and follow the prompts
4. Tap “Save” or “Update”

Confirming account changes

After updating your personal information, you may be asked to confirm account changes.

We use verification codes to help ensure you’re the one making changes to your account. Here’s what to expect based on the details you change:

• Phone number: if you are updating your mobile phone number, when prompted, enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your new mobile phone number. Uber staff will never ask you for this code.
• Email: we’ll send a verification code to your new email address. Enter the code when prompted to confirm the change.
• Password: you’ll be prompted to enter your current password. Passwords must be at least 5 characters long.
  • An example of a strong and unique password is one that contains 16+ characters and at least one each of upper case, lower case, numbers, and special characters.
