To enable Pix in your app you must add it before taking the trip. To do this, go to the menu and click on Account > Wallet > Add payment method > PIX.
How to pay for a trip by PIX
You must add the PIX payment method before starting the trip, for this, select the destination and go to Personal > PIX. After that, a code will be generated which you must copy and make the payment in the bank app, once the payment is approved, the trip will be confirmed.
Attention: once the PIX is confirmed, it will not be possible to change the payment method.
If the trip is cancelled, what happens?
Don’t worry, if you need to cancel your trip for any reason, you’ll receive a refund directly to your bank account within 3 hours.
