What is changing for Postmates Unlimited?

What is happening to my Postmates Unlimited account?

Postmates Unlimited is transitioning to Uber One. As part of this transition, your existing Postmates Unlimited membership will be transitioned to an Uber One membership.

When does my Uber One membership start?

Your Postmates Unlimited membership will transition to an Uber One membership by October 31, 2023. You will be able to see this change in your membership hub by clicking Account in your Postmates app.

Will my billing date change?

No, your existing membership billing date will not change. The billing date you had with Postmates Unlimited will be the same billing date you will have with Uber One. For more information on your billing date, check the membership hub.

Will my membership plan change from monthly to annual or vice versa?

If you are currently a monthly Postmates Unlimited member, you will be transitioned to a monthly Uber One membership at $9.99/month. If you are currently an annual Postmates Unlimited member, You will be transitioned to an annual Uber One membership at $99.99/year.

What are the Uber One benefits I’ll have?

You will have access to Uber One benefits on both Uber and Uber Eats platforms, along with Postmates. These benefits include:

• $0 Delivery Fee and up to 10% off eligible restaurant and convenience orders $15+
• $0 Delivery Fee and 5% off eligible grocery orders $35+
• Top-rated drivers and member pricing on rides
• $5 credit if our Latest Arrival estimate is off
• Exclusive offers and premium support

Do my Uber One benefits apply to the same stores my Postmates Unlimited benefits applied to?

Yes, you will be able to use your Uber One benefits at the same stores. Your Uber One benefits will apply to all stores marked with the Uber One icon.

Will I still have my Postmates Unlimited member benefits?

No, Postmates Unlimited will be fully transitioned to Uber One and all your benefits will be Uber One benefits. However, you’ll still be able to enjoy your Uber One benefits on the Postmates App (and on Uber and Uber Eats).

How do I cancel or adjust my membership?

1. Open the Postmates App
2. Select Account > Unlimited > Manage Membership
3. Choose End membership
4. If you’re within 48 hours of your renewal date, contact support for assistance.
