Why is My Account Deactivated or on Hold?

A carrier’s account may be deactivated or on hold for one of the following reasons:

  • The carrier does not have a valid equipment type such as dry van, reefer, or flatbed. Check out the equipment requirements here.

  • The carrier does not have an active DOT number, payment information on file, or proof of insurance on file. Check out more information here.

  • The carrier has a conditional or unsatisfactory safety rating.

  • The carrier does not meet the insurance requirements for auto and cargo liability. Check out insurance requirements here.

  • The carrier does not meet the minimum automated tracking score of 50%. Check out tracking program information here.

  • The carrier is not in compliance with the terms of our carrier agreement.

  • The carrier does not meet the minimum service reliability requirements. Check out reliability requirements here.
