It ensures Delivery People earn at least a minimum amount for their Engaged Time over a certain period while completing deliveries on the Uber Eats platform using an MSO covered vehicle.
The Minimum Standards Order introduced minimum earnings protections, but it does not change the flexibility of delivering with Uber Eats. Delivery People remain free to choose when and whether they deliver.
