Clarify my Costco order details

The Costco order total includes the items checked out in-store (the price of actual items that checked out in-store, which may include adjustments for canceled and replacement items) and the Uber Eats related charges, such as delivery fee, service fee, and order handling fee.

What is the Order Handling Fee?

The Order Handling Fee is charged on orders from certain merchants (such as Costco). When an Order Handling Fee is applied, prices shown on Uber Eats App are higher than the prices in-store as they are shown inclusive of an Order Handling Fee you pay to Uber Eats.

The item fee shown on the Uber Eats App includes the order handling fee. You can see the information in the item detail section or during checkout.

Item price between the Uber Eats app and Costco

Uber Eats may charge order handling fee on Costco orders. When an Order Handling Fee is applied, prices shown on Uber Eats App are higher than the prices in-store as they are shown inclusive of an Order Handling Fee you pay to Uber Eats.

You will receive two separate invoices for Costco orders:

• Merchant issued an invoice for the ordered items.
• Uber Eats issued an invoice, detailing the order handling fee, delivery fee, service fee, and other associated costs.
