My driver's behavior made me feel unsafe

We hold drivers to a high standard in accordance with our Community Guidelines. Unprofessional behavior, inappropriate physical contact, or verbal aggression from drivers is not tolerated.

Drivers are also expected to operate vehicles safely at all times. If you experienced anything during your trip that made you feel unsafe, please let us know on this page.

If you have a different concern about your driver or their vehicle, please fill out the form in I had a different issue with my driver.

If you believe you were unfairly charged a cancellation fee, go back in your trip history and select the trip in question. Under the trip, select Review my cancellation fee and we’ll look into it.
