When an Uber for Business admin adds a new member to the dashboard in an administrative role—admin, coordinator, sustainability manager, or reviewer—the new member will receive an invitation email with 2 options:
Sign up with work email: Create a new Uber account associated with your work email address.
Link your existing Uber account: Create a business profile that’s linked to your organization within your existing Uber account
The invitation email will show both options and may highlight one if the user is in a group with access to the organization’s travel or meal perks. The user can choose one of the options in the invitation email and follow the steps to complete the signup.
