Uber Access is a vehicle option within the Uber app for forward-facing wheelchair users. The pricing for Uber Access trips is the same as uberX fares in your city.

If you meet the requirements above, you need to complete the online disability equality training. Please note, this is a 3-hour training session.

Once you have successfully completed this and you have collected a WAV through one of our PartnerPoint WAV rental partners, you should then start receiving Access trip requests within 48 hours.
If you want to use a vehicle that has not been provided by one of our PartnerPoint WAV rental partners, you will need to book a WAV physical inspection in your nearest Greenlight Hub. You can do this via the app: - Book an appointment > Managing account > I need to complete a vehicle inspection in the Hub > Uber Access.
