If an order is considered a large order, it may require multiple delivery partners. Orders that have large packaging sizes or require multiple bags (usually 2+ bags) are considered large orders. Stores can request more than one delivery partner to deliver large orders.

QUESTION: How do I request additional delivery partners when I have a large order?
There are two ways to edit the number of delivery partners for large orders:

OPTION 1
1. Before confirming the order, find the banner, "Large order. Add more delivery partners?"
2. Tap the banner
3. Follow the prompts to update the desired number of delivery partners (limited up to 3)
- NOTE: You may request up to 3 delivery partners, each of which can handle 2-3 bags each

OPTION 2
1. Before confirming the order, tap the "Help" icon in the upper-right corner
2. Tap "Manage large orders"
3. Select the desired number of delivery partners (limited up to 3)
- NOTE: You may request up to 3 delivery partners, each of which can handle 2-3 bags each
4. Tap "Update"

Your store can decide the best way to split up large orders. We recommend separating hot and cold food, or drinks and food items.

QUESTION: How do I avoid missing items on large orders?
We recommend numbering the outside bag for each large order. For example, if a large order has 3 bags, we suggest labeling the outside bag as "1 of 3", "2 of 3", and "3 of 3".
