On some trip request types, riders may be asked to walk a short way during the pickup and/or drop-off process. This includes Express Pool and opting to walk during regular Pool and UberX trips.

If you were dropped off or picked up at a different location than what you entered, please let us know by selecting the date below. We'll review whether your trip qualifies for an adjustment.
