Note: Due to an increased volume of drivers and couriers in New York City, any drivers or couriers wishing to accept rider trips in NYC will be put on a waitlist.
If you switch earnings opportunities:
- You may lose your loyalty tier status.
- Your existing documents will need to be reprocessed and you may need to upload new documents.
- You may need to undergo another background check.
- Expect a wait of 3-5 business days since you won’t be able to go online. This time allows us to process your updated documents.
