You’ll need to start with an empty form. Tap “Edit” to delete any previously entered information.
Please check the following before re-submitting your banking information:
- Your routing and account numbers must be entered correctly. Find this info at the bottom of a printed check. You’ll see 3 groups of numbers. The first group is your routing number, the second is your account number, and the third is your check number.
- Your tax classification must be correct. Most people classify themselves as Individual/Sole Proprietor. Please ask a tax professional if you’re unsure of your classification.
- Your social security number must be correct.
If you’d like to add a credit union account, please reach out to your bank to confirm they’ll be able to accept ACH direct deposits.
