Uber enables users to pay for their trips in cash.
If at the end of the trip the user pays a lower amount than the total, you can ask for the adjustment directly by the app.
HOW TO REPORT AN UNDERPAYMENT IN THE APP:
Before completing the trip, you’ll see the amount you should receive. At the bottom of the screen, you will have two options to confirm the amount you received in cash: * The trip’s correct amount * Other amount
Select the option that matches the trip’s issue. The app will automatically generate a pending amount in the rider’s account and you’ll receive the correct trip’s amount.
If you have had any problems receiving the correct amount for this trip and have not reported it directly in the app before finalizing the trip, fill in the fields below.
If you’ve already reported your issue through the app before you finished your trip, check the adjustment directly on your trip receipt.
