What happens when you decline a request?
- If a delivery order is canceled before you’re able to pick up the food, your account will not be negatively affected and you will not lose access to deliveries in the driver app.
- Any deliveries cancelled by the customer or the store do not affect your cancellation rate.
Tips for a great app experience
- Stay online when you’re ready to accept deliveries. This helps you get more requests and earn more.
- Go offline when you’re not available. This keeps the app working smoothly for everyone.
