When you take a cash trip and don’t pay the full amount, it becomes a pending amount in your account. The next time you open the app you’ll have options to pay the pending amount using another payment method, or you can choose to pay on the next trip, however, in order to offer you the best possible experience on your next trips we recommend you to always pay the full amount of your current trip at the end of it.
If you have chosen to pay on the next trip, the remaining amount will be charged to the chosen method at the end, in addition to the amount of the current trip. The same happens when you cancel a cash trip.
If you reach a certain number of pending amounts or the pending amount surpasses a given value, you might be blocked from taking further trips until you clear the amount pending. That will need to be done through the app, by adding a new payment method.
In order to clear the pending amounts you will need to select the pending amounts showing in the Wallet and then select the payment method you want to use in order to clear the pending amount. Once the pending amount is cleared, you should be able to request trips again.
