What is the ChatGPT integration?

The integration with ChatGPT offers Uber Eats users another way to access food and other items through Ube Eats. Users can discover local restaurants and menu items within the ChatGPT app and then complete the order and payment process in the Uber Eats app.

When is the launch?

The integration with ChatGPT launches on November 18th.

Where can I use this integration?

Currently, the results from Uber will only show if you are located in the US.

What surfaces will the integration be available?

The integration will be available for the ChatGPT web, and mobile app, on Android and iOS.

Can I place a delivery order through ChatGPT?

No, at this time you can only view Restaurants and menus. To complete your order, select the restaurant or menu item in ChatGPT, which will direct you to finalize your cart and checkout in the Uber Eats app.
