Please fill in the information below to submit your appeal.
Per SFO, you are required to submit your appeal within 10 days of the date of your citation. Please provide as much evidence as possible and include all required documentation as outlined in the email. If any information is missing, we won’t be able to process your appeal.
Once submitted, SFO may take up to 30 days to review your appeal and provide a final decision to Uber. We will notify you once SFO has completed the review.
Please do not submit more than one appeal per citation. This form is only for appealing SFO airport citations.
