Accéder aux rapports dans le tableau de bord d’Uber Direct

You can now generate and download operational reports directly in the Reports page of the Direct Dashboard. Follow these instructions to generate a report:

1. Open the Direct Dashboard and select Reports > Create report.
2. Update the filters according to your reporting needs.
   • Store and date range are mandatory filters. Order status is optional.
3. Select Create report at the bottom of the page. A report will run in the background and you’ll receive an email upon completion.
   • The email is sent to the address associated with your dashboard login.
4. Check your email for the downloadable CSV file. (It may take up to an hour for the Email to send)

These reports provide information looking back up to 180 days, including identifiers, billing information, trip information, and refund information (if applicable).
