Batched order is not ready yet

Orders are batched when two customers order from the same restaurant around the same time and if their delivery locations are close to one another. In these scenarios, our matching system might ask one delivery partner to pick up two or more orders from your restaurant.

If you need to delay an order pick up, you can do so ONLY if a delivery partner has NOT yet been dispatched.

To delay an order pick up, open your Restaurant Dashboard and follow these steps:

1. Find the order and tap it to open the order details
2. Tap the question mark in the top right corner of the order
4. Adjust to the amount of additional time needed

Batching increases efficiency and occurs when a restaurant receives 2 or more orders from customers in the same area or who are along the same delivery route.
