When applicable, the fee will be shown as part of the trip price or fare details before you confirm your ride, and may also appear as a separate line item on your trip receipt.

Will I see the fee before taking my trip?

Yes. When the fee applies, it will be included in the price information shown before you request your ride, where required. You can also review the fee in your trip details or receipt after the trip is completed.

What if I think I was charged incorrectly?

If you believe this fee was applied incorrectly, you can contact Uber Support through the app. We’ll review your trip and provide assistance accordingly.
