Returned lost items

Greenlight Hubs, locations where drivers sometimes return lost items, are temporarily closed based on the advice of public health authorities to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Greenlight Hubs will be closed beginning Friday, March 13. We will provide an update when they reopen.

If a support agent or your driver tells you an item was returned to a Greenlight Hub before March 13th, the item will be held until the Greenlight Hub is reopened.

If you're having difficulties finding a mutual location and time to meet with your driver, police stations may be an option in the meantime. Uber is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
