Uber One is a paid membership subscription that offers “Monthly Plan” and “Annual Plan”. When users subscribe to Uber One, you can unlock savings across the Uber / Uber Eats app. For a fixed subscription fee, you get savings on rides, NT$0 Delivery Fee, up to 100% off Service Fee available only for eligible stores showing the Uber One icon, and plus other additional benefits, letting you do more with Uber.
Orders delivered by Merchants’ own staff may not be eligible for Service Fee benefit. See Uber Eats App for applicable Service Fee savings on each order.
Monthly membership costs NT$120 (including VAT) and an annual membership costs NT$1200 (including VAT). Uber One renews automatically every month or when membership expires, you can check the membership expiry date or unsubscribe it in the “Uber One” section in the app. Cancel at least 48 hours before your billing day to avoid incurring the charge for the next billing cycle, or you have to contact support to unsubscribe next Uber One membership.
All plans are available to both Uber and Uber Eats covered areas in Taiwan.

Latest Arrival Estimate Time is the best estimate for your order based on thousands of previous and similar orders in similar situations. However, please note that it is not a guaranteed delivery time. This estimated time does not change throughout the order delivery. If the order doesn’t arrive within Latest Arrival estimate time, the subscriber will receive an appeasement of NT$30 in Uber Cash credits. The issued Uber Cash will expire after 30 days. Latest arrival estimate feature and this credit benefit does not apply to orders delivered by Merchant’s own staff.
The 5% off Member savings for trips on Uber app is not applicable to Uber Taxi, Connect, and Taoyuan International Airport pick-up trips. Uber One member will have priority to be matched with a top-rated driver if one is available. Please note that sometimes a top-rated driver may not always be available due to traffic or other reasons.
