Subscriptions allow you to plan and pay in advance for a specific menu for every day or for specific days of the week, for the number of weeks you choose.
Through this subscription you can receive meal plans or items daily or weekly and don’t worry about what you are going to eat next day.
The duration of the plan is set by you, by selecting the number of weeks you want the subscription duration.
You can find these subscriptions within Uber Eats app. For the moment, it’s only available in Mexico City, starting August 15, 2022.
Consider that the deliveries of this option are made from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
It depends on each Restaurant, with some you can build your own weekly meal plan with all the items they offer on their menu, with other Restaurants you can choose between 2 or more options established.
Check the Restaurants you can subscribe to in the Subscriptions category of your Uber Eats app.
At the moment only credit card payment is available.
Yes, you can make a partial cancellation.
To receive a refund, please following steps: * Contact the Restaurant through the phone number provided in their menu to inform them of the partial cancellation. * Give them your full name, phone number and address (this must be the same information that is on the account from which you requested the subscription). * Inform them of the specific order you want to cancel.
Your refund will be reflected in 3 to 7 business days.
Important: Please note that partial cancellation is only available up to 6 hours before the scheduled delivery of the order. This means that you have to call the Restaurant at least one day before delivery.
For now you can only prepay your subscription, we are working on adding this payment model to the subscription.
No, subscription items can’t be changed after payment has been made.

Yes, group orders are available for the subscription, but please note that they will only be delivered to one location, which is the one you added when you purchased the subscription.
