Using Saved Searches

What is a saved search?

Saved search allows you to:

  • Save any search on the Uber Freight app or web portal
  • Track all the loads that match your specific search
  • Get alerted when new loads become available

You can filter your search by:

  • Pickup and dropoff locations
  • Max weight
  • Trailer type
  • Appointment time
  • Preferred days
  • How often you want the search to repeat (weekly or just once)
  • How often you want to be notified per day or week
  • How you want to be notified (email, push notification, or both)

How do I access my saved search through notifications?

  • Tap on the push notification to open the app and view your saved search
  • Tap or click on the email notification to open the relevant load in the Uber Freight app or web portal

How do I save my search on the app?

To save a specific search, click the bookmark icon next to Saved searches or on the search page.

How do I view my saved searches on the app?

Click on the See all saved searches pop up at the bottom of the search screen.

How do I edit or update my searches on the app?

Click the Manage button next to Saved searches.

How do I save my search on the web portal?

After selecting the search criteria, select Save.

How do I view my saved searches on the web portal?

Saved searches will appear on the right hand side of the page. Select the search you want to review.

How do I edit or update my searches on the web portal?

  1. Select on the search you want to edit.
  2. Update the fields you need to change.
  3. Select Save.
