Where is My Load Number?

Each load a carrier moves will have a unique shipment number (load number). You can find your load number in your rate confirmation email or on the app. It is important to have your load number handy when contacting Uber Freight. To view from the app:

• On the main app screen, select the three dashes to the left to open the menu bar.
• The menu bar will show the active loads you’re on and the past loads you’ve booked. Select the load you’re looking for to find the load number.
