The fixed parcel is an amount charged on all trips for the app technological use via software licensing. It helps to develop, update, offer support and the Uber´s platform use license.
You can check this value highlighted on receipts for all trips. The amounts earned from your trips are indicated as “Fixed Parcel”. This value will be indicated on your earnings summary, but remember that this amount is charged to users and has no impact on your earnings.
Currently, the fixed parcel has a fixed amount of R$1,00 for premium modalities (Uber Black, Uber Comfort, etc.) and R$0,75 for other modalities.
