Problems downloading the app (Android)

If you're having trouble downloading the application on your Android, go to t.uber.com/and.

You should be redirected to the correct app page in the Google Play store. If you are receiving error messages such as "The server connection could not be maintained," we recommend that you close the browser by clicking the Menu button on your device and sliding the browser application to the right.

You can also try clearing the browser cache by clicking the menu option inside the browser (usually a three-dot icon in the upper right corner), go to Settings> Privacy and security and select Clear cache. Note that by doing this you will be clearing all recorded passwords and all browsing information.
