How to buy Uber credits

Uber credits can be purchased through your Uber app.

HOW TO BUY CREDITS

1. Tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of your screen
2. Tap “Uber Credits”
3. Select your payment method from the list available or add a new one by tapping “Payment Method”
4. Toggle the “Auto-reload” selection to the “ON” position if you want to automatically buy $25 in Uber credits when your Uber credit balance goes below $10.
5. Tap “Confirm Purchase”

**HOW TO USE UBER CREDITS ON TRIPS **

Your credits will automatically be used on your rides. To turn off your credits on a ride: 1. Enter your destination 2. Tap your payment method 3. Tap “Change payment method” 4. Under “Credits”, toggle the “Apply Credits” selection off

Keep in mind that “Apply Credits” will automatically be toggled on, unless changed before each trip.

HOW TO TURN ON/OFF AUTO-RELOAD

1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of your screen
2. Tap “Uber Credits”
3. Tap “Auto-reload”
4. There you”ll see the option to toggle “ON” or “OFF” auto-reload NOTE: auto-reload will default to off unless you opt to toggle it on.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CREDITS IF I DELETE MY ACCOUNT

When your account is deleted, you will be emailed a pin to redeem your credits in the future if you choose.
