My payment statement is missing a trip

Payment statements include all trips in your weekly payment cycle. This cycle begins at 4 AM local time on Monday and ends at 4 AM on the following Monday. If a trip was completed after 4 AM on a Monday, it may appear in your next weekly statement.

If you’re looking at an In-Progress or current payment statement in the middle of the week, keep in mind that completed trips sometimes require 48 hours to process.

If you’re still unable to locate a trip after the 48-hour processing period, and have confirmed this trip is within the weekly cycle you’re reviewing, please let us know via this form.

High fare trips may require more time to review.
