Flat rate fares apply to direct trips between a rider's pickup location and destination. If you followed the rider's request to make additional stops before arriving at the final destination, please let us know. We'll review and make any necessary adjustments.
In the interest of fairness to drivers and riders, adjustments are generally reserved for stops that add significant time and mileage to a trip. Please note that brief stops en route to the rider's destination may not qualify a trip fare for adjustment.
