How to accept Uber’s Terms and Conditions

Before you can start driving and accepting rides, you’ll need to agree to Uber’s Terms and Conditions. Any terms, conditions, or agreements that you haven’t acknowledged will be shown to you in the Uber Driver app when you try to go online.

How to see terms you’ve agreed to

1. Go to your profile by signing in at drivers.uber.com/profile.
2. Under “Contracts,” you’ll find the agreements listed. Click on the one you need to review.
